It's an interesting idea. I imagine the recipient either loves or hates it. They would certainly last longer than chocolate or flowers. However, the fill-in-the-blanks aspect of it leaves me a little cold. I'd rather have a remember when? note. Remember when I held your hand for the first time? This novel thing doesn't appeal to me in the least. If I want a personalized novel, I'll write it thank you very much(Gillian, it just occurred to me that that sounded like it might be directed at you. It wasn't! It was directed at the places that write these novels. Wanted to clarify.*g*).

On a similar note, when I was a little girl, my stepgrandmother gave me a puzzle. I started to put it together, and it was a picture of me! Of course, I thought I was now national, LOL.

When my girls were little they sang "Angels among us" at church, and then when they heard the song on the radio they assumed "their" song was now playing on the radio. They would tell everyone to listen for their voices.
