Goodnight, Moon

The eclipse, photographed in White River Junction, VT., by my very talented husband. How beautiful.....

Your husband's photos captured the eclipse beautifully...we especially enjoyed the "red" phase. He and we had similar weather conditions, being so near!

Thank you, Margaret. His camera is his passion, and I'm constantly amazed at what he captures through the lens.

I imagine when he retires from his work in the hospital, although still quite some time away, he'll spend all his free time in search of the perfect picture. :)

Fabulous photos, Gillian! Your husband is an amazing photographer.

We also had clear skies here in the Pacific Northwest and a similar view of the eclipse. Didn't manage to take any photos, though :(

Hi Lee! Thanks, he loves it.

I think it's funny there were clear skies on both coasts, but in the middle of the country, where I am, it was cloudy that night--we didn't see anything.

Gillian, these are gorgeous pictures. Jeff is really talented.

Art and I drug out his telescope, stood out in the cold, cold air, and couldn't see a blessed thing for all the clouds. Oh, well, maybe in two more years, isn't it?
